From Kentucky, Indiana, and points north coming via I-75 through Kentucky:
Follow I –75 South to Knoxville to I-640 East (Exit 3) 6 miles to I-40 East 29 miles to I-81 (exit 421) North 68 miles to 26 South (Exit 57A) 14 miles to Highway 321 & 67 Exit 31 Follow Hwy. 67 for 8.2 miles through Elizabethton, turn right (you will still remain on Hwy 67) 5 miles to Hampton, turn left and continue on Hwy. 67 for 27.3 miles to Mountain City, turn right on Hwy. 421 South for 2.2 miles, turn left at red light on Hwy. 167, travel 14 miles (you will cross into NC) to stop sign, right on Hwy. 88 West for 1 ½ miles, left across bridge onto Three Top Road, cross 2nd small bridge and continue straight on Peak Road aprox. 2/3 mile to 667 Peak Road on the left. NOTICE: Do not take Hwy. 421 from Bristol to Mountain City, TN. as Mapquest or your atlas may guide you. This is a very crooked road over a mountain.
From Raleigh area of NC and Eastern points of NC:
Follow I-40 West to Winston Salem to Hwy. 421 North Exit, Follow Hwy. 421 North through North Wilkesboro, continue to top of mountain at Deep Gap, Right on Hwy 221, continue to West Jefferson, left at first redlight onto Hwy 194, past McDonald's on your left , continue through West Jefferson on Hwy. 194 (make no turns, it turns back into a 2 lane as you enter town), go straight through and from the last red light continue aprox. 14 miles (it turns into Hwy. 88 one mile out of town, which you stay on) then turn left onto Three Top Road, across bridge, 1/10 mile, cross 2nd small bridge and continue straight on Peak Road aprox. 2/3 mile to 667 Peak Road on the left.
From Charlotte and points South of Charlotte:
Follow I-77 North past Statesville, NC to the Union Grove/ Harmony Exit, turn left on Hwy 91, follow to stop sign (10 miles+) and turn right on Hwy. 115, follow to Hwy. 421 North, Follow Hwy. 421 North through North Wilkesboro, continue to top of mountain at Deep Gap, Right on Hwy 221, continue to West Jefferson, left at first redlight onto Hwy 194, past McDonald's on your left , continue through West Jefferson on Hwy. 194 (make no turns, it turns back into a 2 lane as you enter town), go straight through and from the last red light continue aprox. 14 miles (it turns into Hwy. 88 one mile out of town, which you stay on) then turn left onto Three Top Road, across bridge, 1/10 mile, cross 2nd small bridge and continue straight on Peak Road aprox. 2/3 mile to 667 Peak Road on the left.
From Atlanta and Southwestern SC area:
Follow I-85 North to the Hwy. 221 North Exit 78 in Spartanburg, SC, follow Hwy. 221 North through Marion, NC to Hwy. 105 in Linville, NC, continue on Hwy. 105 to Boone, NC. After it turns into a 4 lane, turn left at the red light on 105 bypass (signs will point towards Hwy. 421 & 321), 1.9 miles to red light, left on Hwy. 421 North, 11.1 miles (you will cross into Tennessee for a very short distance) right on Hwy. 67 (67 will turn into Hwy. 88 when you cross back into NC) 10.1 miles and turn right on "Muddy Branch Road", travel 1.7 miles to 667 Peak Road on your right.
From the Tri-Cities Regional Airport in Bristol-Kingsport, TN:
Hwy. 75 South 6 miles to I-26 East (towards Johnson City) 11 miles to the Elizabethton Exit (Hwy. 321 & Hwy 67), Follow Hwy. 67 for 8.2 miles through Elizabethton, turn right (you will still remain on Hwy 67) 5 miles to Hampton, turn left and continue on Hwy. 67 for 27.3 miles to Mountain City, turn right on Hwy. 421 South for 2.2 miles, turn left at red light on Hwy. 167, travel 14 miles (you will cross into NC) to stop sign, right on Hwy. 88 West for 1 ½ miles, left across bridge onto Three Top Road, cross 2nd small bridge and continue straight on Peak Road aprox. 2/3 mile to 667 Peak Road on the left. From Points North using I-81 South:
Hwy. I-81 South to Exit 81, Take I-77 South to Exit 14, Hillsville-Galax , Right on Hwy. 58 West 35.5 miles (through Galax and Indepence, Va.) to Mouth of Wilson, Va.; left on Hwy. 16 (Jefferson Hwy.), 15 miles, right on Hwy. 88 West aprox. 1mile or less, bear right on Hwy. 88 West through Jefferson, continue on Hwy 88 aprox. 12 miles then turn left across bridge onto Three Top Road, cross 2nd small bridge and continue straight on Peak Road aprox. 2/3 mile to 667 Peak Road on the left.
